Since 2005 I’ve worked as UX Designer and CX Consultant for different clients around the world. I have engaged in speaking, teaching and academic consulting activities on Web Accessibility, User Experience and Customer Service.
I’ve worked 9 years at the leading customer service software company, Zendesk, being one of the first hires and contributing to their phenomenal growth going public in 2014. This is how I developed my career in Customer and Employee Experience and where I learned what a great work culture means.
Now based in Barcelona I am working full time at Nestle Global Digital Hub contributing to the organizational change towards a holistic user centricity mindset impacting 352K employees. Helping scale research practices across the organization enabling others to conduct their own research responsibly and effectively.
