About me

Everything started with one book and my passion for building accessible web sites.

Since 2005 I’ve worked as UX Designer and CX Consultant for different clients around the world. I have engaged in speaking, teaching and academic consulting activities on Web Accessibility, User Experience and Customer Service.

I’ve worked 9 years at the leading customer service software company, Zendesk , being one of the first hires and contributing to their phenomenal growth going public in 2014. This is how I developed my career in Customer Experience and where I learned what a great work culture means.

Now based in Barcelona I am working full time at Nestle Global Digital Hub helping to improve the Employee Experience and UX maturity globally.

On my free time I love sharing knowledge about design and remote work on my YouTube channel UXTips. Yes! I have been a remote worker before the pandemic for more than 12 years! :)
