Everything started with one book and my passion for building accessible web sites.

After working for design agencies and collaborating as a consultant on usability and accessibility projects for government administrations in Argentina and Uruguay, I joined Zendesk as one of their early hires.

I spent nine years at Zendesk, contributing directly to its phenomenal growth up through the IPO in 2014. There, I developed my career in Customer and Employee Experience and learned first-hand what a great product culture and organizational environment look like.

After relocating to Barcelona, I joined Nestlé Global Digital Hub as a UX Lead. In this role, I initially led the redesign of the HR Portal, which had a significant impact on 275,000 employees. Subsequently, I took charge of the UX Maturity Strategy, involving the supervision of design direction to enhance the global employee experience and promote a holistic, user-centric mindset.

Over the past two years, I led the design team and UX strategy for LGT Private Banking’s cutting-edge Investment Advisory Software, while also contributing to the organizational design of the upcoming LGT Incubator & Accelerator Center in Barcelona.

Throughout this journey, I also built the first and largest Spanish-speaking UX community on YouTube, launching two online courses and later creating a private membership community to empower designers to develop strategic, product, and business skills beyond UI.

Right now I’m on a journey to integrate AI into my UX and Service Design workflows while also building my own products in public at uxtips.club.
