I led the redesign of the Global HR Portal on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with multiple markets and managing stakeholders worldwide. I worked across HR knowledge base, case management, and personalized content for global audiences, applying a service design approach to navigate this complex, large-scale initiative that transformed the digital experience for 275,000 employees.

THE CHALLENGE
The existing HR portal was fragmented and unintuitive, forcing employees to rely heavily on HR Business Partners and Customer Care agents for tasks they should have been able to handle independently. Navigation was misaligned with users' mental models, processes varied inconsistently across markets, and there was no shared design standard for the employee experience.
OUR SOLUTION
I applied a Lean UX Canvas to align stakeholder expectations, defined UX KPIs, and facilitated a co-creation workshop with 15 users to map personas, journeys, and pain points. I ran 19 card sorting sessions across 4 markets to restructure navigation around users' mental models, then led iterative usability testing rounds across regions. A UX ROI simulation demonstrated a +30% task completion improvement and a projected saving of $147,600 for a single task. I also contributed to the first design system at Nestlé for employee experience — covering foundations and a full component library across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile — and led the team's transition from Sketch to Figma.
