Yay! Finally my portfolio website has been updated with my latest work. What you will see here is mainly my work as a UI Designer and Accessibility/Usability consultant. It’s a great pleasure to announce one of the most important launches that Zendesk.com – where I work – has done so far, not only for the new look and feel of the application but also for the usability and interaction improvement that it has.

“The new Zendesk provides customer service agents with rich information about the customer –the history of their tickets, if they’re active on the company forums, details about their organization – all within the same page they are using to work on the ticket.”

I invite you to take a look at this new article that talks about that: The New Zendesk: Simplicity

Yesterday this videogame came to my mind so I wanted to post it. I used to play it when I was a little girl and it was a very good game. Great memories indeed! Did you play it too?

Last month I started german classes and I downloaded some applications for the iPad to start practicing! Goethe Institute, where I study, created a very cool app for the iPad. It’s an exciting adventure, solving a puzzling mystery, where you can learn German all at once: “Adventure German – The Mystery of Nebra”.
So if you are learning german like me you might like to check that out. Auf wiedersehen!

I love photography but I also love video and mixing this two hobbies that I have it’s even better! Time-lapse is a technique that helps you mix this two interesting worlds. Basically it is shooting a bunch of photos of the same thing, spread out over a period of time, and smushing them together into one video that plays back in a shorter amount of time.

Here is my first attempt at doing a time lapse video!

Do you want to make your own Time-lapse video? Check out this great Tutorial.

Is it possible for developers, designers and marketers to talk about designs without wanting to kill each other?. Let’s see this 20 minutes video about design critiques and how to give and receive feedback by Scott Berkun.
